Introduction
The Student Pickup Verification System is a secure, efficient solution designed to streamline student dismissal processes and ensure only authorized individuals can pick up students from school. This system replaces traditional paper-based methods with a digital OTP (One-Time Password) verification process that enhances security and provides peace of mind for parents and school administrators.

Getting Started
School Registration
Visit the system homepage and complete the school registration form with your institution's details including school name, address, contact person, and email address.
Payment Process
After registration, you'll receive a prompt with payment instructions. Complete the payment process to activate your account. Payment confirmation may take up to 24 hours to process.
Account Creation & Login
Within 24 hours of payment confirmation, your school account will be created and login credentials sent to the email provided during registration. Use these default credentials to access your dashboard.
Account Configuration
Upon first login, change your default password and username for security. You can also create additional admin accounts for other staff members who need system access.
System Workflow
Upload Student Records
Before using the verification system, upload your student information using the provided CSV template. This ensures all student data is correctly formatted and ready for attendance tracking.
Daily Attendance Marking
Each day, mark student attendance as present or absent. Only students marked as present will be included in the pickup verification process for that day.
OTP Generation & Distribution
At the designated time, generate OTP codes for all present students. The system automatically sends these codes via email or SMS based on parent/guardian preferences recorded in student profiles.
Pickup Verification
At dismissal time, parents/guardians present their OTP at the pickup point. School staff verify the code against the student record to ensure authorized pickup before releasing the student.
